I work by initially making a sketch for your approval. You can make up to 3 revisions in this stage.
After that, I start making the final stage. If further alterations are required, I may charge an extra fee. If I made a mistake in the character design however, no extra fees will be charged.When the commission is complete, I will send it in PNG to your email with full resolution.The time of each commission depends on how many works I have to do in the week. Feel free to ask me about the process.I usually post all the commissions I make on my social networks.________________________________________
Payment
Payment is via PayPal and my prices are in USD$.
I will begin your commission once I have received full payment. I do not accept partial payments at the moment.

Refunds
You have the right to cancel the commission and request a refund at any time. If you wish to cancel after payment but before work begins, I will issue a 95% refund (this covers the time-cost of correspondence, invoices, etc.).If you cancel at the sketch stage, I will issue a 50% refund. After this stage I make a 5% refund. I do not offer refunds after the commission is complete.You will receive a 100% refund if I am forced to cancel a commission due to unforeseen personal circumstances (illness, etc.).
